Wajir County Government News,

To strengthen collaboration between USAID implementing partners and the Wajir County Government, USAID’s Partnership for Resilience and Economic Growth (PREG) organized a joint monitoring visit to assess and learn from various projects implemented during the 2023–2024 financial year.

This session provided an opportunity to reflect on the joint efforts and refine strategies for future collaboration between the County Government of Wajir and USAID PREG partners.
The exercise concluded with a pause and reflection session, where participants discussed lessons learned, identified opportunities, and addressed challenges encountered during the joint monitoring. These insights will guide ongoing and future interventions to maximize collective impact.

Partners included the World Food Programme (WFP), Save the Children, ACDI/VOCA (LMS), and the STAWI Project (DAI, Mashinani).
